We all been there. You are listening to some annoying woman just going on and on and on. Braying like a jackass into your ear. “Blah blah blah blah blah blah” You get annoyed, then angry, then next thing you know you are dousing her in something flammable and setting her off like a torch.
The incident happened on Sunday, Dec. 6 at 12:30 p.m. on the south side of City Hall. Witnesses reported a man was arguing with a woman. The man then allegedly doused a woman with fuel and then lit her on fire. She was able to extinguish the fire and then left the area.

Police located the suspect, Brent Serrano, but said he refused to cooperate with officers. Based on the witness reports, police arrested Serrano for attempted murder, arson, mayhem, and assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked into jail on those charges and the outstanding warrants.”
