This Group Plans To Lay Siege To” & “Occupy” The White House Next Month

Authored by Daisy Luther via The Organic Prepper blog,

The group that takes credit for the Occupy Wall Street movement of 2011 has a new and even more outrageous plan in mind. They intend to “occupy” the White House.

Adbusters, an online magazine that describes itself as “a global network of artists, activists, writers, pranksters, students, educators and entrepreneurs who want to advance the new social activist movement of the information age” issued a post that they called Tactical Briefing #1 to launch their plans to “lay siege” to the President’s home in Washington, DC. (Emphasis theirs)

It’s been nine years since we set off the political earthquake of #OccupyWallStreet, laying siege to NYC’s Zuccotti Park and inspiring thousands of similar protests around the world.

The Occupy anniversary arrives September 17th, 2020. And it may be the perfect day to trigger another global big-bang moment — a massive collective action of the sweetest kind of disobedience.

The why hardly needs recitation. Because, for these nine years, the shadows have only grown longer. Inequality has soared. Not a single Wall Street CEO spent a night in jail for his role in the 2008 financial meltdown. Politicians and corporate criminals continue to savage the public trust with impunity. And all the while, this howling void of a president, his sins too many to name, sits smugly atop a corona death-toll that may surpass two-hundred thousand Americans by Christmas.

It’s time again for dramatic, decisive action. Which is why, on September 17th, in the original and enduring spirit of Occupy, we and tens of thousands of our fellow citizens will stream into Lafayette Square, in Washington. D.C.

We will lay siege to the White House. And we will sustain it for exactly fifty days. This is the #WhiteHouseSiege.

A siege only works if it is sustained. We witnessed this — the multiplying power of a strategic occupation — nine years ago. You dig in, hold your ground, and the tension accumulates, amplifies, goes global.

Fifty days — September 17th to November 3rd.

Let us once again summon the sweet, revolutionary nonviolence that was our calling card in Zuccotti Park.

#WhiteHouseSiege will electrify the U.S. election season — and it doesn’t stop there. Drawing wind from #MeToo#BLM#ExtinctionRebellion, and protests against Trump’s lethal bungling of coronavirus, we’ll inspire a global movement of systemic change — a Global Spring — a cultural heave towards a new world order. (source)

It’s difficult to imagine that this will go down as they hope.

The public “briefing” repeatedly uses the word “non-violent,” but if this goes at all like the occupation in downtown Seattle or the protests in Portland (which has seen violent “protests” for 73 days straight now), violence is bound to occur. And it’s important to note that the law enforcement response to the occupation of anything near the President’s abode will be far more severe than the lackluster response in Seattle, where police officers and National Guard members have been basically neutered by the local government.

Twitter is divided

An event with the hashtag #WhiteHouseSiege is unlikely to go smoothly and non-violently. This, of course, will likely result in even more violence and more widespread outrage. Twitter is divided, unsurprisingly, on the questionable wisdom of such a move.

How do you think this is going to go over?

Activist groups are better funded and better organized than in recent memory. This event is likely to occur. However, I don’t think it will go over the way Adbusters thinks it will go over. I think that the Secret Service and possibly even the military will rapidly be involved to protect the President.

But it does set the tone for the upcoming presidential election, which up until now has seemed to be on a back burner. Biden’s campaign hasn’t even introduced a running mate yet and the election is a mere 3 months away. This is the least campaigned election year I’ve ever seen.

For those who plan to take part in the #WhiteHouseSiege, I hope that they understand this isn’t going to be a thing where they can stand around with their “comrades” and throw the occasional chunk of concrete. Washington DC is not like Seattle. It’s not like Portland. If they think they’re going to be part of something bigger and just defiantly sleep in a tent in front of the White House, I believe they may be in for an unpleasant shock. Any action taken against the White House will be met with a serious response.

For the rest of us, it’s important to note that this protest and the response to it could spark solidarity protests in other parts of the country. Go here to learn more about preparing for civil unrest.

  1. I am surprised we haven5 seen an attempt on Trumps life and I feR it is only a matter of time.

I think enough dems realize that would go badly if they did. I also dont think they have as much control over the feral playthings as they think they have .

  2. They say this:
Not a single Wall Street CEO spent a night in jail for his role in the 2008 financial meltdown. Politicians and corporate criminals continue to savage the public trust with impunity.
    Then they say this:
A siege only works if it is sustained. We witnessed this — the multiplying power of a strategic occupation — nine years ago.
So I’m confused. They did this before, and it didn’t work, and now they want to do it again. Because they saw it work last time. That makes no sense. (But it does remind me of how communism has never been done right.)

    And then there’s this gem:
And all the while, this howling void of a president, his sins too many to name,
which I can only take to mean they can’t actually name a real, honest-to-gosh crime hesnactually committed … as opposed to being falsely accused of and quietly dropped without a retraction or apology.

The Secret Service still seems to be on the President’s team, and the team of those who voted for him, but the military has already declared its neutrality in the ongoing 4GW attempt to overthrow the results of the 2016 election:
    https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2020/06/11/joint-chiefs-of-staff-chairman-mark-milley-apologizes-for-joining-trump-on-church-walk/

4GW is upon us. The military’s highest-ranking officer has declared that the American people can do anatomically impossible things to ourselves while our streets get overrun by rioters and organized groups of insurrectionists. This will not end well.

    • Trump has been excellent at something I did not expect when I voted for him:

He has caused the moral enemies of the Republic to self-identify. In journalism, academia, politics, the military, law enforcement, intel agencies, etc. We now have a fairly comprehensive list of such people.

Fortunately, most of them are people with much higher opinions of themselves than actual capabilities.

  4. The FEC really ought to charge these guys with undeclared in-kind contributions to the Trump campaign, because that’s exactly what this is.

I don’t think we’re really too far away from the point where there’s massive push-back from the normies on all this. The invasion of residential areas in Oregon is not going to go unanswered, and there are an awful lot of people who are just tired of the bullshit, and who don’t value the “protesters” lives all that much. There’s going to be a Kent State action coming up soon, and I really don’t know where that ends. Once a few of them get killed doing their thing in the suburbs, I suspect the attraction for “protest” is going to be drastically lowered. Or, maybe it escalates, on both sides. Hard to say–In some ways, this is really unexplored territory, and I don’t know where we really are.

Well, let’s unpack that a little. Who won at Kent State? I mean, on the one hand, you had the dead kids and the National Guard walked away unscathed. That’s pretty much the definition of victory, isn’t it? But boy did the Left make .mil pay for that one, at least up until Reagan’s election, from the general disdain for Vietnam vets through the Hollow Army of the Carter years. Another 2-3 victories like that and we could have had President Fidel Castro.

The media, academia and the Democratic Party are *entirely in the bag* for these so-called protestors. If some fat suburban white guy gave these kids the what-for with his Glock or his AR, it’d be fascism descending on America all over again. They’d make what they did to George Zimmerman look like a little girl’s tea party. Look what they are doing to that couple in St. Louis, and they never even dropped the hammer.

The Left has been practically begging for a Kent State since the start of this thing. They might as well put it in the marketing literature for this #OccupyWhiteHouse nonsense: Come get shot! Be a martyr for the cause!

They are setting up a heads they win (CHAZ/commies rule the streets in Portland), tails we lose (federal cops or .mil cracks down on these guys) situation. Since the day George Floyd died, we’ve been playing Antifa’s game by Antifa’s rules. Somebody needs to get smart and fight them with different rules.

        • That is assuming he is apprehended and arrested.

Things are going to go much differently if rioters start dropping dead as a result of long-distance aimed fire.

The time draws night for the ‘normals’ to quit playing by nice-guy rules.

          • Shit goes down at night, in an urban area? Who would know where the shots came from? So long as you’re not caught in your “known address”, and manage to evade the mob, there’s no limit on how many would wind up on the ground, in all the confusion.

That’s what scares me, to be honest–Once the killing starts, then where does it end? Shoot up the mob, the mob goes mad and burns the neighborhood to the ground, with escalating violence on both sides. Whole thing could be done as a false-flag operation, too–Just to give the Antifa types the excuse they need to burn out some nasty “normies”.

The Democrats have been playing with fire since 2016. A bunch of people are going to get burned before it’s all over. Personally, I think we’re going to lose a few cities that’ll wind up going the way of Detroit, and a swathe of the urban population. It won’t be pretty, because what happens after the trucks stop delivery is going to lead to them boiling out of the urban areas and running into the suburbs where there will probably be militia and the loyalist National Guard.

Frankly, if I were President right about now? We’d be moving all weapons, vehicles, and equipment out of any urban NG and Reserve Armories. I’m actually surprised that some of those haven’t been looted as of yet, but that sort of indicates the fantasy-LARP these goons are playing.

          • I think it would have two potential end scenarios:

            1. When the press started getting hit. Terrorists and political mobs like this need the press, and the current batch of journalists are clearly in the tank for Antifa/BLM.

            2. When the violence runs uphill to the billionaires who are writing checks for Antifa/BLM. When violence reaches these people, they’re going to cut ties, cover their tracks and run. But the one way out without violence is to use the legal system to find them. This could be done by the Trump administration if they use the terrorist designation of Antifa to start unwinding the Tides Foundation and others to find those who are funding Antifa.

Without money to fund the infrastructure, bail, lawyers, etc – this ‘movement’ will dry up and blow away in a matter of a couple of weeks.

          • “I’m actually surprised that some of those haven’t been looted as of yet, but that sort of indicates the fantasy-LARP these goons are playing.”

I strongly disagree with this. The organized elements behind this are being *very* canny about it. Launching industrial-grade fireworks at cops? Shining industrial-grade lasers at cops? “Milkshakes” with concrete in them? All of these attacks have some common elements:
            1. All of them have the potential, albeit low, of doing grievous bodily harm.
            2. All of them, partly due to their relatively low risk, are *very* difficult to escalate on.

They are terror weapons, and precisely calculated to attempt to get the other party to escalate the fight. And if either the authorities or private citizens escalate the fight to lethal force, then those using lethal force become the bad guys. “LOL, bro, it was just a milkshake. Can you believe this snowflake?”

If Antifa switches to guns, then Mr. & Mrs. Main Street are pretty much going to be fine with Trump napalming those skinny rats in the streets. But if they can hang the violence just below the threshold of what the authorities are willing to use? Then they get to be victims.

This is the same crap with putting the “nonviolent” protestors between the violent actors and the cops. If the cops want to do anything about the violent actors, they have to get through the “nonviolent” protestors first. Then the media gets to channel its Rodney King fantasies and show cops whupping up on grannies and such.

And I *strongly* agree with DG: The Trump administration should go after the funding for this crap. Jam some people up on RICO beefs or use the terror funding laws that were put in place after 9/11 to get these guys. “Waaah! You’re hurting my First Amendment” doesn’t play as well on the nightly news when it’s a bunch of guys in suits walking out of a courtroom.

          • And guys, seriously, be smart about this. They gave James Fields -checks notes- 419 years in prison for what amounted to a traffic accident. McVeigh got the chair.

There are lots of clever things that can be done to these terrorist clowns that aren’t illegal, or at least aren’t very illegal.
