Amend2 Releases First Polymer 6.5 Grendel Mags

IDAHO FALLS, IDAHO – July 14, 2020 – Amend2 Magazines is proud to announce new 6.5 Grendel magazines. These are the first ever polymer magazines dedicated to the 6.5 Grendel. The new magazines provide a lightweight and durable option for the growing number of shooters who prefer the capabilities of 6.5 Grendel and are ideal for 6mm ARC cartridges, too.

“Amend2’s 6.5 Grendel magazine provides impeccable reliability,” said Matt Bellitti, Amend2 General Manager. “These mags have been designed from the inside out to prevent nose-diving, and to ensure stability and control for the wide 6.5 Grendel cases.”

The Amend2 10 round 6.5 Grendel magazine is a sturdy, reliable AR15/M4/M16 magazine made of an advanced glass-filled polymer. It is a light, durable and excellent alternative to the standard M4/M16 USGI aluminum/steel magazines. The patented design combines internal stabilizing ribs and a new 6.5 Grendel follower. The result is lighter, easier to load, and provides greater reliability than any other Grendel magazine on the market.

Inside the magazine, rounds stack in a staggered pattern that narrows into a single stack at the top for optimal feeding. Because these magazines index rounds with the case wall instead of the case neck, they will also work flawlessly with 6mm ARC.

The first of these new 6.5 Grendel magazines will hold 10 rounds, making it ideal for benchrest and long-distance shooting. The magazines come in a variety of colors, including Black, Flat Dark Earth, OD Green and Gray and are available now.

FEATURES:
• Sturdy Impact resistant polymer with textured grip
• Anti-tilt super follower
• Heavy duty, non-memory, and non-corrosive stainless steel spring
• Made in the U.S.A.
• Material able to cerakote
• Proprietary Grendel internal design

  1. That is nice, but given the at least at moment shortages of ammo hope folks stocked up on 6.5 and reload supplies.Just for S7G’s hit a few ammo sites to see what was out there and how much, was a eye opener. The only good I see in this is hopefully new folks getting into firearm usage and need ammo to train with/stock up for the rainy days ahead.
