A firearms instructor was hospitalized in North Carolina after accidentally shooting himself in the leg.

How do these people get certified ?

The instructor, who has not been identified, suffered non-life-threatening injuries. …..Cop

The incident occurred Sunday while the man was at work at the Wake County Firearms Education and Training Center, according to the Wake County Sheriff’s Office.

No doubt the expurt firearms instructor is a Top. Man.

He accidentally shot himself as he attempted to re-holster a firearm.

My first thought is the “speed re-holstering” that so many people seem to think is a mark of skill these days.

The shooting range where the incident occurred was created to give police officers somewhere to fine-tune their shooting abilities and as a safe place for citizens to practice using firearms. Well. it has failed at both of those things apparently.

And for you in the area that want to know what range to avoid .

The center is located roughly 20 miles outside of Raleigh.

  1. You’ll never see a man move as slowly and carefully as me when I’m holstering a firearm. Condition of the gun don’t matter…All Guns Are Always Loaded.

The only thing speed holstering demonstrates is stupidity.
