At first glance you might just think this is an illegal short barreled rifle, bu then it gets better, look at the third hole.

Now in the past, I would have said something like “don’t be stupid, stay in compliance with the law. It isn’t working spending time in jail over a NFA violation.” But now that I see marijuana being decriminalized or legalized due to the mass amount of people not following those laws, I’m wondering if gun owners need to do the same.

But if you are not going to comply with unconstitutional gun laws, you might not want to advertise that publicly.

  1. Generally speaking, committing a felony and advertising it is a bad idea
.Banksters and high government officials ( Angelo Mozillo,Jim Clapper, HRC…) get away with a slap on the wrist at most.
    Ordinary people get prosecuted.
Which is unpleasant and expensive at best.
If you decide the NFA doesn’t apply to you, be prepared to pay a price for your principles.
I’m not saying you shouldn’t do it nor am I contending that the law woudn’t eventually change if enough people decide to disobey it.
I am saying that if you decide to take this stand you had better be prepared to pay a high price.

  2. If it were the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Marijuana, Denver would look like the Branch Davidians’ house.
